Project Approach

Our approach to Architecture is very simple: Define our client’s program requirements and then work closely with the client to produce creative, cost effective design solutions.

Project delivery is based on committed project teams whose designated principal-in-charge has a personal involvement in project management and design for each project, from the initial client meeting through construction and post construction occupancy. VRL’s principals, Steve Lazar, AIA and Kim Rinaman, AIA enjoy this personal approach, to each client.

Some projects present themselves as similar to others, however, experience has shown that not two project have the identical challenges. Our approach, therefore, is to consider each project as unique and perform due diligence with regard to site, survey, code and programming research.
