Programming and Client Needs Defined

The Design Team will review the Owner’s program and budget requirements prior to any concept development. If a definitive program is not yet developed, The Design Team will interview the Owner’s representatives responsible for each planned asset and prepare, using Excel spread sheet, each required space and/or functional need with square footage, power, lighting, data, and mechanical requirements.
