Adherence to Project Schedule

A PRELIMNARY PROJECT SCHEDULE will be developed in bar graph format for each separate major activity and its interface with other project work in identified phases. The graph will anticipate both design and construction phasing and completion milestones. This initial work diagram will be translated into a detailed Key Date Schedule for each project activity for user groups and design team information and actions. Project milestones, meeting dates, and review submittal dates will be established and updated monthly through-out the project development.
